Description
We are looking for a subtenant for our 4.5 room apartment as of 01.08.2026. The apartment is located on the ground floor and has its own house entrance. In the front part of the apartment, there is a kitchen, guest toilet/shower, and living room. In the passage between the entrance and living room, there is a wardrobe with a washing machine and tumble dryer. In the rear part of the apartment, there are private rooms such as bedrooms, bathroom with bathtub, and 2 children's rooms, one of which we currently use as an office. The terrace is generously designed, and the surrounding area can be used.
The apartment was originally built as a condominium and is therefore very well thought out in terms of construction. In summer, it stays cool, and in winter, it is warm thanks to the underfloor heating. There are no thresholds between the rooms, making it wheelchair accessible. The appliances in the kitchen have been renewed (induction and steamer). All rooms have many power outlets (also on the terrace).
The apartment includes a garage space and a basement compartment (stone floor and with a window). The garage has a lift. The playground in front of the apartment (with swing, sandbox, and slide) and the storage room for bicycles can be shared.
The apartment is very quiet and located directly next to the Bolrebenweg bus stop in Winterthur-Dättnau. Due to the elevation to the street and the bushes towards the street, privacy is maintained. The entrance to the apartment is via the Bolrebenweg.
Whether pets are allowed would need to be clarified.
