From mid-July (move-in date negotiable) I am renting out my furnished 2.5-room apartment in the popular Lucerne Neustadt, just 5 minutes' walk from Lucerne train station. The apartment will be rented for 1 year, with a possible extension of 23 months after consultation.

- Built-in wardrobe and dresser in the hallway at the entrance
- 2 washing machines and tumble dryers in the basement for shared use (almost always available) with laundry room
