Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit einem Induktionskochfeld, einem Backofen sowie einem Kühlschrank mit grossem Tiefkühler. Der eigene Balkon ist gross und bietet ab Mittag viel Sonne. Zusätzlich gibt es noch ein grosses Kellerabteil. Parkplatz kann in der Tiefgarage dazugemietet werden. Die Wohnung befindet sich beim Lindenplatz. Coop, Migros und drei Denner sind in maximal 2 Minuten erreichbar. Die Tramhaltestelle Lindenplatz (Tram 2) ist nur 1 Minute entfernt und der Bahnhof Altstetten rund 5 Minuten.
