Wir ziehen am 01.07 in eine grössere Wohnung und verlassen deswegen unsere aktuelle Wohnung, voraussichtlicher Einzugstermin 08.07 (befindet sich noch in Abklärung mit der Verwaltung).

Die Wohnung ist super geschnitten, sodass sie grösser als 42qm wirkt. Der Balkon hat bis mittags Sonne.Das Apartment verfügt über einen Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, einen modernen Herd und Ofen sowie genügend Stauraum.Das Apartment wurde 2019 renoviert und wir sind die zweiten Bewohner, entsprechend ist alles top erhalten.

Perfekt für eine Person oder ein Paar. Es gibt im Haus noch einen Tiefgaragenparkplatz für 220 CHF pro Monat. Dieser ist bevorzugt ebenfalls zum 08.07 spätestens zu übergeben.

Wir möchten ebenfalls Möbel für ca. 500CHF verkaufen (z.B. Bett, Küchentisch, Schlafzimmermöbel)......................

We're moving into a larger flat on 1 July and will therefore be leaving our current flat; the expected move-in date is 8 July (this is still being finalised with the property management).

The flat has a great layout, so it feels larger than 42 square metres. The balcony gets sun until midday.The flat is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, a modern kitchen, and plenty of storage space.The flat was renovated in 2019 and we are the second tenants, so everything is in perfect condition.

Perfect for a single person or a couple. There is also an underground parking space in the building for 220 CHF per month. We would prefer this to be handed over by 8 July at the latest as well together with the apartment.

We would also like to sell furniture worth around 500 CHF (e.g. a bed, a kitchen table, bedroom furniture).
