The apartment:
Quiet, centrally located 2-story maisonette apartment, just one bus stop from the train station, with fast connections to Zurich and Zug.
Migros, Coop, bakery, pharmacy, doctors and other shops are easily accessible on foot. The bus in front of the house takes you directly to the trains to Zurich, Zug and Affoltern without stopping.
Schools are well accessible for children very close by.
Underground parking with elevator and stairs. Stylish, practical furnishings, including washing machine/dryer and fireplace.

The basic procedure:
The apartment is suitable for flexible moving in within and to Switzerland at the mentioned date. We can move out flexibly from the date until the end of May and find a new tenant. This new tenant will be presented to the landlord and confirmed by the landlord.

How can we do this:
Our ideal candidate is looking for an apartment in the southwestern area of Zurich or with a connection to Zug to live and work. We want to move into our new apartment at the same time. There may be an overlap of 1-2 weeks.
In this case, objects of the apartment (e.g. large cabinets on the upper floor), can be taken over. The landlord cannot prevent existing taken-over furniture from being handed over.
