I am subletting my fully furnished modern studio apartment (34 m²) for the next 6 months (negotiable), starting from July 1, 2026 (also negotiable), with the possibility of extending the stay.

The apartment is located in Oerlikon, in a quiet residential area.
The flat includes:
A furnished bed with brand-new, unused bed linens
An empty wardrobe and bookshelf
Built-in closet
A desk (80 cm × 160 cm) with a desk lamp
A fully equipped kitchen with towels, glasses, dishwasher, oven, an IKEA cookware set, and cutlery
A small dining table
Two chairs
High-speed fiber internet
Private washing and drying machines in the basement, along with initial basic cleaning supplies

This apartment is ideal for newcomers to Zurich who are staying temporarily for work or study. It is for a single person occupancy (agency condition).

There is a secure bicycle parking area in the building. It is also possible to rent a parking space through the property management agency (not included in the rent; please check availability directly with the agency).

The rent is CHF 1,770 per month, including all utilities.

I am only considering serious, clean applicants with a valid employment contract. Smoking and parties are not permitted.

Household insurance is the responsibility of the subtenant.
