As of 01.09.2026, we are looking for a new tenant for a 2.5-room apartment on the 3rd floor (with elevator) with approximately 70 m2.

The kitchen was renovated in 2024. The new kitchen cabinets are white, the countertop is a dark granite stone. In addition to a ceramic glass stove and oven, the kitchen also has a dishwasher and a large refrigerator with a large freezer compartment (2 drawers). A light gray vinyl floor in plank optics was laid on the floor.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. There is also a guest toilet with plenty of storage space.

Both rooms have a beautiful parquet floor, in the entrance and at the pre-area of the bathroom with built-in cabinets, the same light gray vinyl floor as in the kitchen was laid.
