Because the property management is absolutely majority important that:
Smoking is not allowed in the building and in the apartment/s, but according to the property management, it is forbidden to cover the smoke detectors in your own apartment.
The rental agreement can state: that moving furniture, slamming doors, is not allowed, and if it happens multiple times, it can lead to termination, in my knowledge also from the previous tenant who had the same experience with the upstairs neighbor:
The upper neighbor (young African descent man) often moves furniture, stalks his own spirit from his downstairs neighbor, stomps, plays very loud music in his apartment that even other surrounding buildings can hear, and physical violence can occur if you appeal to him to leave his surroundings in peace.
It should be tenants who, for example, have IV and do not add to their person's descent, or preferably if certain persons' descent, for example, Africa, Arab, Balkan, possibly Latino.
If you do not agree with his person's descent, if you are not an IV recipient, and or Arab descent, and or Balkan descent, he gladly makes assumptions through the walls when you complain to him, he grants what he wants but makes:
Destroys any of his downstairs neighbor's own joyful moments
Sleeping moments (you can only fall asleep after he has fallen asleep)
By stamping and moving furniture, the property management doesn't care, but they only listen to the complaints from those who complain. The police advise that if the property management does nothing against it, it's best to move.
The head of property management (Zurich) is very rarely available, actually never (is from Israel)
The property management is in Canton Zug, when complaining about the upstairs neighbor to the property management, and if it fits with Swiss views (e.g., those who are okay or gladly add to it, etc.), you usually only get a verbal invitation to live in Canton Zug, with some luck, they offer you another apartment or room, or you can terminate the rental agreement prematurely.
Ps: apart from the upstairs neighbor's misconduct towards his neighbors, which is often pre-programmed after a few weeks have passed, those who have a different perspective than him in some or many areas, especially: descent/persons' opinion, main benefits, and or additional benefits
Some of them slam their apartment doors in the building.
The apartment has steam extractors (kitchen & bathroom).
