On the lower floor, a new kitchen with a vinyl floor will be installed (see visualization), which has an induction stove, a combination steamer at eye level, a combination refrigerator with a separate freezer, and a dishwasher. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, toilet, sink, washing tower (washing machine and dryer), and has natural light.
An open wooden staircase leads to the attic, which is equipped with two more rooms. Also, in the upper area, there is a large gallery and another bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink.
The child-friendly and quiet environment is very appealing to families and nature lovers. Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach the bus station, which serves Bauma and Pfäffikon. Daily shopping can be done at various stores in the village. Further shopping opportunities are available in Pfäffikon. Kindergarten, schools from primary to secondary level are available in Hittnau.
