Beautiful spacious 4 1/2 room gallery apartment with two balconies, each room having access to them. We are looking for subtenants from the beginning of August, as our shared flat is dissolving. Well connected, bus number 1 stop 2 minutes from the front door. Functional fireplace and high ceilings. Basement compartment and bike garage are available. There are 2 bathrooms - the larger one is directly connected to a room. It is heated with underfloor heating. There is the possibility to play musical instruments quite freely, as the neighbors hardly notice anything. We have played a lot of piano and cello (also at late and early hours). Close to Taubenlochschlucht (5 minutes by bike) and close to Gurzelenareal (5 minutes on foot). There is the possibility to take over part of the furniture if needed (also free of charge, depending on the circumstances).
