Since we are going on a trip for 2.5 months, we are subletting our lovingly furnished, fully furnished, and centrally located apartment in Lucerne.
The apartment is ideal for single people or couples who want to live in Lucerne for this time. The heart of the apartment is the modern, open living kitchen with an adjacent living room and a balcony with a direct view of the Pilatus. The bathroom has a bathtub, and a practical storage room provides additional storage space in everyday life.
Although it is a 3.5-room apartment, one room will be used for our personal belongings during the rental period and will remain locked, so the apartment is available as a 2.5-room apartment with a spacious bedroom, living area, kitchen, bathroom, and storage room.
An elevator is available, as well as 2 washing machines and a dryer in the communal laundry room with two drying rooms.
A parking space in the adjacent parking garage is included in the rent.
The location is ideal: Lucerne train station is a 10-minute walk or a 3-minute bike ride away. The highway entrance is about a 2-minute drive away. There are numerous cafes, restaurants, playgrounds, and green spaces in the immediate vicinity. Despite the central location, the apartment is pleasantly quiet thanks to well-insulated windows.
