From July 3rd, I will be renting a room in my 4-room apartment located in the center of Lausanne, near the Riponne.
It's a through apartment on the 1st floor.
I'm a 37-year-old woman, and I live with my 12-year-old daughter, we also have a mini teckel.
We have a healthy lifestyle, oriented towards nature and sports.
We're moving into this new apartment on 1/07, so the room will be ready around 3/07, once I've furnished it.
If you prefer to bring your own bed, that's also possible.
I'm looking for a nice, autonomous, non-smoking person, preferably a woman.
I don't have any photos because I didn't take any during the visit, so I understand it's not easy without a visual.
I'll try to return after handing over the keys and take some photos if I manage to get in touch with the former tenant.
There will also be a second room for rent, only for the summer, from 8/07 to around 15/08.
