I'm leaving after 4 years in this apartment, so my room will be available from September 1st, 2026.

The apartment is spacious and bright, located on Rue de Lausanne, about 10 minutes' walk from Renens train station and convenient for accessing UNIL/EPFL. It includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living/dining room, an equipped kitchen, 2 terraces, and a basement.

The room is approximately 20 m² and gives direct access to the north terrace. It will be furnished, but the furniture belongs to me, so I prefer someone interested in buying/taking it over.

You will live with two quiet mathematics/computer science doctoral students. The apartment is ideal for a doctoral student or a young, quiet, and non-smoking professional.

Rent: CHF 1165/month, including charges, with about CHF 15/month extra for electricity.
