Great location in Lochergut with access to public transportation 2 min walking to the tram lines 2 (connection to the lake) and 3 (to main train station, Zurich HB). 5 min walking distance to Wiedikon train station with direct connection to the Airport (15 min)

Tranquille street, no noise to be expected during nights but in a trendy area so you would have access to nice restaurants, terraces and bars around the area, very local and cool vibes. Also you have just over the street a great Coop supermarket that opens from 7am-10 pm

The costs per month would be CHF 3,000 including rent and all additional costs.
