I am urgently looking for a subletter from August 1st for a beautiful apartment overlooking the lake in Ponte Tresa. The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with only two residential units.
The property consists of a large living room, kitchen, two bathrooms, and three bedrooms. Air conditioning.
A small courtyard where you can enjoy the sun and have a barbecue is shared by both apartments.
A communal laundry room or the possibility of installing a washing machine directly in the bathroom.
Being lakeside, the apartment is bright, despite my evening photos.
Rent 1,500 francs plus 200 for expenses, including heating.
