The 16.3 m2 large room is located on the 1st floor. The property spans three floors, each with a fully equipped apartment including kitchen and bathroom. In the basement, a washing machine and dryer are available for shared use. On the 2nd floor, a small home cinema awaits for cozy movie nights. If you need storage space, the attic and basement offer plenty of room for everything that doesn't need to be in the way every day.

There's also a lot to discover outside: The garden is a small oasis with a pool for warm summer days, a covered Bali lounge for relaxation, a large dining table with grill for shared evenings, and a vegetable garden where you can plant and harvest together.
Palms and hammocks bring a holiday feeling into everyday life. When it gets cooler outside, you can enjoy the evening by the fire pit with tea, mulled wine, or a warming fondue.

We are looking for an open-minded and responsible person who is willing to actively participate in shared apartment life and has a good sense of order and cleanliness. We are looking for a single person who is also willing to help with house and garden work.
