Are you looking for a charming old building apartment with a lot of wood, a view of nature, and peace?
I am looking for a tenant as of August 1st (available from mid-July by arrangement) for my 3.5-room apartment in the countryside between Äkenmatt and Lanzenhäusern.
The old farmhouse, which now has 2 apartments (no longer operational), is located in the middle of fields on a side road (gravel path). Nevertheless, you can also reach the Schwarzwasser train station in about 15 minutes on foot, where trains run every 30 minutes to Bern (40 minutes) or Schwarzenburg (10 minutes). By car, you can reach Bern or Thun in 30 minutes.
The apartment has an outdoor seating area for use, a covered balcony, and a spacious cellar.
The entrance is through the former hayloft, which has additional storage space, or via the balcony.
The apartment has 2 closed rooms (one with a sloping ceiling) and an open one (no door), which I used as a living room.
The kitchenette has a large refrigerator with integrated freezer drawers, ceramic glass for cooking, and a convection oven.
From the kitchen, you can enter the cozy dining nook and from there into the bathroom, which is equipped with a shower cubicle and a private laundry tower.
Pets are allowed by arrangement, I have 2 dogs that were welcome, the rental is private and uncomplicated.
