• The apartment is located in a building without a lift
• Washing machine and dryer in the basement are available for free.

Rental conditions

• Monthly rent: CHF 1,500.
• The apartment is rented for the period from 01.07.2026 to 31.08.2026.
• The rent for the first two months (CHF 3,000) is to be paid before the start of the rental period.
• An additional deposit of CHF 1,000 is to be paid.
• The deposit will be refunded after the apartment has been returned in good condition.
