As of October 1, 2026, or by agreement, we are renting our 4.5-room apartment on our horse boarding farm in tax-friendly Eich LU.
The apartment is wheelchair accessible and can be reached with a personnel lift. For three parties, a shared laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, and Secomat is available without a washing plan. Two covered parking spaces are available per apartment, if desired with an E-charging station.
The house is built in modern wooden element construction and has a wooden facade, and is largely autonomous: the rooms are heated by floor heating from the geothermal heat pump; the large PV system produces electricity; the own water source provides good drinking water; large rainwater tanks supply the toilet flushing. A 14m2 large, lockable cellar belongs to the apartment.

The price is excl. ancillary costs (advance payment CHF 200.- per month) and excl. parking space (CHF 100.- per month).
