The apartment with the striking roof structure got its appearance in 2019. During the interior construction, the existing structure was cleverly connected with the interior design. A spacious room feeling with visible beams, an oiled oak parquet floor, a state-of-the-art kitchen unit with plenty of storage space, and a sanitary area with daylight, a great rain shower, and a bathtub have been created.

The two large and bright rooms are easy to furnish. Via the staircase, you reach the gallery and the spacious attic floor.

The apartment includes a private laundry room with a tumble dryer, the apartment's own boiler, and still offers a lot of storage space.

Our water supply for the apartments is optimized by our decalcification system.

With the house's own photovoltaic system, we provide you with clean electricity. The entire residential complex is heated by the local district heating power plant.

Additionally, a parking space can be rented for CHF 100.- per month or an outdoor parking space for CHF 60.- per month in the secure inner courtyard.
