I'm looking for a new roommate for my 3.5 room apartment on Kanonengasse in Zurich (from July 1st or by arrangement). You'll take over the 12m^2 bedroom from my current roommate, which has a window facing the quieter inner courtyard. The larger bathroom is directly next to the bedroom and you have plenty of space/storage in the large living room/kitchen. You're also welcome to keep your wardrobe in the intermediate space (possibly taking it over from my roommate). 2 washing machines and dryers are located in the basement and are shared with about 6 other parties. The apartment is in an optimal location, right at the Kasernenareal. You can walk to the main station in 10 minutes and to Helvetiaplatz in 5 minutes.

I'm 30 years old, a management consultant, and travel a lot (especially during the week, but also on weekends). In my free time, I do sports like fitness, jogging, tennis, and skiing, and meet friends.

I'm looking for someone between 26 and 34 years old. I consider cleanliness in the common areas very important, but keep it uncomplicated without strict plans, etc. Ideally, you also work in an intensive job and are often on the road (not necessarily). For furniture/kitchen utensils, let's talk. Some things will already be available, others we can also take over from you.
