The apartment house offers different floor plans on four floors. First-class design and high comfort characterize these apartments in particular.

All apartments have white high-gloss kitchens with complete kitchen equipment, combined bake/microwave oven, and dishwasher. The bathrooms are equipped with bright tiles and spacious showers.

Each apartment has a double bed (160 × 200) with anti-allergenic duvets and pillows. The entire kitchen equipment, wrinkle-free bed linen, towels, and wireless internet are included in the rent. An elevator is available.

The 1-bedroom apartment is located on the high ground floor, garden side, and has a foyer, a separate kitchen, and a spacious bathroom with shower.

In the laundry room, three washing machines and three dryers are available for free use. The garden can be used jointly.

Thanks to the central and yet quiet location between the historic Spalentor and the Biozentrum/Kantonsspital, you can reach the city center in a few minutes' walk. The University of Basel, the Kannenfeldpark, restaurants, and shopping facilities are within walking distance. Public transportation (tram and bus) is also nearby.
