I am renting my fully furnished 2-room apartment for a period of 12 months.
The apartment is located in a very central area in Zurich Oerlikon and is only about 5 minutes' walk from Oerlikon train station. Shopping facilities, restaurants, cafes and public transport are in the immediate vicinity and make everyday life particularly pleasant.
The apartment has 45m² of living space, a small balcony and is fully furnished and equipped. It is ideal for a single person or a couple looking for a comfortable temporary living solution. Internet, TV and a home office setup with an office chair and height-adjustable desk are already available.
The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Therefore, it is expected that smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
A communal laundry room is available in the house. Use is via a laundry schedule, which can be flexibly registered.
Optional, if interested, there is the possibility to use my BMW X3 xDrive20d in addition. The monthly leasing rate is CHF 777. Further information on request.
