We are looking for a subtenant from September 21, 2026 for our beloved 3.5-room apartment in Winterthur-Veltheim.

After five beautiful years, we are moving on as a growing family. The apartment is located on the 1st floor at Feldstrasse 5 and offers 86 m² of living space, a sunny south-facing balcony, and a quiet yet central location in the popular village center of Veltheim.

The apartment was renovated in 2021; the bathroom was already renovated in 2017. It is ideal for couples, small families, or single persons looking for a cozy home in a lively and well-connected neighborhood.

APARTMENT OVERVIEW

Bright living room: Spacious living area with high-quality, light laminate flooring and plenty of natural light. The balcony can be accessed directly from the living room.

Large separate kitchen: Bright, separate kitchen with plenty of storage space, oven, steamer, refrigerator, and space for a small dining table.

Two bedrooms: Two cozy rooms with parquet flooring and enough space for sleeping, working, or a children's room.

Bathroom: 2017 renovated bathroom with a glazed shower and white sink.

Sunny south-facing balcony: Beautiful balcony with a view of the greenery, trees, and garden.

Entrance area: Practical entrance area with built-in closets.

Basement and laundry room: The apartment includes a private basement compartment. The basement also features a shared washing machine, a tumble dryer, and a spacious drying area with Secomat. The laundry room is used by five parties and organized through a scheduling system. We never had any problems with it.

Neighborhood: The house impresses with a very pleasant and courteous neighborhood relationship.

LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS

The apartment is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood street in Winterthur-Veltheim and boasts a very good infrastructure.

The Coop supermarket can be reached in just 2 walking minutes. The Schulhaus Bachtelstrasse is also only 2 walking minutes away. The Bachtel Apotheke can be reached on foot in about 7 minutes.

The Winterthur train station and other shopping and leisure facilities are also easily accessible, either in about 12 walking minutes or in about 5 minutes by bike.
