Since my husband and I will be staying abroad for work longer than planned, we are looking for someone to take care of our beloved apartment during our absence. The apartment is super modern, spacious, and perfectly laid out.

What you can expect:

• The living area includes two sunny balconies – for morning coffee drinkers and evening sun lovers

• The apartment has a washing machine and a dryer in the bathroom, as well as some practical built-in closets throughout the apartment

• Due to the sublet, the apartment is furnished, but we are flexible – what stays or goes, we can discuss individually

• Quiet location in a well-maintained house with only four other parties and a very friendly doctor's practice on the ground floor

• An absolutely great neighborhood

• Possible option to rent a parking space in the underground garage for 130 CHF/month
