Description
We are looking for a subtenant from 15.09 to 01.04.27 for a 20m^2 room in our holiday apartment.
The room is renovated and with the sloping roof + visible beam very charming. The room is oriented to the east and has two skylights with blackout options. The large window to the dining area can be darkened with curtains.
The apartment could hardly be more central:
- only 5 minutes from CH-Romanshorn train station (with direct connections by regional express, for example to St. Gallen, Zurich or Konstanz)
- directly on the Lake Constance cycle path
- directly at the SeePark (public barbecue area, paddle boat rental, harbor, lake access for swimming, lawn, beach bar, restaurants...)
Despite this, it is very quiet, due to the nearby recreation area with night driving ban
Since I regularly use the apartment for home office + occasionally on weekends, commuters who only use the apartment from Mon-Fri will be preferred when applying.
The specified 950 CHF corresponds to the monthly rent from 15.09-1.12 . (including ancillary costs for the furnished room).
