Keller gibt es leider nicht, jedoch ein sehr grossen Velo Abstellraum (mehrere Velo zum abstellen möglich).

Alle Nebenkosten Strom, Wasser, Heizung, Nutzung der Waschmaschine sind im Mietpreis enthalten.

Ich suche eine zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Person idealerweise jemanden, der in der Nähe des Spitales arbeitet oder eine gute Anbindung an den Bahnhof benötigt (ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Bus oder 20Minuten zu Fuss).

Ein Einzug ist ab 1. August 2026 oder nach Absprache möglich. Die Mindestmietdauer beträgt 3 Monate. Befristet bis Ende März. Abschliessend wäre eine Übernahme der gesamten Miete möglich. Eine Kaution wird benötigt.

I am looking for a reliable and responsible tenant, ideally someone who works near the hospital or needs good access to the train station (approximately 10 minutes by bus or 20 minutes on foot).
