We are offering a room for subletting in a contemporary villa built in 2006, ideally located in the heart of Lavaux, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The property benefits from a privileged environment: on the edge of a forest, quiet, with a breathtaking panoramic view of the lake

Room available from July 1st, 2026

The room, approximately 30 m², is located on the lower floor.
It is fully furnished and has a fireplace, offering a warm and comfortable atmosphere.

Rent: CHF 1550 per month.
The rent includes:
access to all common areas: equipped kitchen with dining area, living room, four terraces, pool and laundry room;
maintenance of common areas;
garden maintenance;
taxed garbage bags;
electricity, water and heating;
Wi-Fi;
cleaning products and usual consumables;
coffee at discretion;
a stand-up paddle available at the port of Lutry;

We assume all responsibilities related to the maintenance and proper functioning of the house, in order to guarantee a harmonious living environment.

Sought profile:
We are looking for a non-smoking, professionally active person, respectful of common areas and appreciating a quiet and well-maintained environment.

Conditions:
Subletting contract with a notice period of two months
Guarantee: two months' rent
A complete dossier will be requested (identity document, income certificates, recent extract from the Debt Collection Office, liability insurance, etc.).
