I'm subletting a beautiful, fully furnished room in our cozy two-person shared apartment in Zurich for 11 months.
Period: September 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027
Rent: CHF 1,740 per month (excl. utilities)
The Apartment & The Room:
The apartment is a true feel-good home: bright, quiet, and lovingly furnished.
Your room: Fully furnished (see photos) with a comfortable bed, home office and storage space. Perfect for moving in right away and feeling at home.
Living room: A large, bright living room with a comfortable sofa, lots of plants, a small balcony with morning sun.
Kitchen: Modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher.
Bathroom: Bright bathroom with a bathtub and a private washing machine directly in the apartment (super convenient!) and a separate toilet :)
Location:
Best locations in Zurich Lake Zurich is just a few minutes away on foot, as are various shops (Coop, Migros, Denner), cafés, and several tram stops (2, 4, 11). Stadelhofen station can be reached within 7 min by foot.
Shared Apartment Life:
You would be sharing the apartment with Fabricio (25). Life in the apartment is relaxed and uncomplicated. We are not a party flat and are looking for a friendly, trustworthy person who will take good care of the furnishings.
