Some furniture can be removed.
Here are the conditions:
- a piece of identification: minimum required Driver's License B + copy of passport or ID card. If foreign, a copy of the residence permit (B, C, L or G).
- extract from the debt collection register: dating back less than 6 months and ideally blank, proving the absence of debts.
- proof of income: last 3 pay slips and signed employment contract.
- a liability insurance certificate
- A copy of the household insurance
- the sublet is for a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 1 year.
- we will sign a subletting contract. If you want to leave the room, the notice period will be: 3 months
- the rent will be 630 CHF, including all charges
- the room is furnished (a sofa bed, 1 dresser with 6 drawers, 3 nightstands, a wardrobe)
- pay a deposit of 1890 CHF, which is equivalent to 3 months' rent, into a rental deposit account before entering the room.
- a guarantor is required in case you are unable to pay the rent (unless you are unemployed and/or your salary is three times the rent)
- the room is non-smoking
- animals are not allowed
