Furnished room for rent for a minimum of one year, from Sunday evening to Friday, with 2 other students (but it's not a shared apartment since I live in the apartment), speaking French is mandatory, non-smoker, tidy, clean, respectful and trustworthy. This rental is suitable for A STUDENT WHO GOES HOME ON WEEKENDS. Ideally located in the center of Lausanne, 15 minutes from Unil/Epfl, close to all amenities (bus, metro and train station). Entry to be agreed upon. Use of kitchen, bathroom and Wi-Fi, I provide bed sheets and towels and wash them. I love animals as I have 2 cats.
