As we are going abroad for several years, we are renting out our beautiful old apartment on Bernastrasse in the popular Kirchenfeld district for subletting.

The apartment has 4 rooms, a spacious kitchen with dining area, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The cozy garden is directly accessible via the private terrace.

The apartment is located in a very friendly and family-friendly house with a total of four parties.

The rental start is possible from September 2026 or by arrangement. The subletting is intended for a period of approximately 3 to 4 years. After that, we will probably return to Bern.

The apartment can be taken over partially furnished if desired - there is also flexibility here.

Rent: CHF 2'750 (partially furnished) plus additional costs/running costs.
