From August 1st, 2026, a exceptionally large room will become available in our spacious and modern 4-person shared flat. The room is approximately 35 m² and has its own bathroom with bathtub, toilet, and sink, allowing you to enjoy a high level of privacy. The room is partially furnished with a wardrobe. A high-quality box spring bed, extendable couch, and designer wardrobe can be taken over for a small additional fee.

The apartment is designed as a cluster apartment and is located in a spacious duplex apartment with plenty of space for communal living. The heart of the apartment is the large, open kitchen with kitchen island, which invites you to cook and socialize together. Additionally, the residents have access to a cozy living room and a large rooftop terrace with approximately 50 m².

The apartment spans two floors. On the lower floor, there are two rooms, including the advertised room. On the upper floor, two more roommates live. In total, the housing community consists of four parties. Since both I and another roommate are moving out - I'm moving in with my partner and he's moving into his own apartment - two rooms are currently being reassigned.

The remaining roommates are between 25 and 28 years old, employed, English-speaking, and have been living in Switzerland for several years. The cohabitation is uncomplicated, respectful, and friendly. This is not a party shared flat, but a pleasant shared flat for professionals, where you can enjoy the communal areas together while also respecting each individual's privacy.

Since it's a cluster apartment, each person has their own rental contract.
