From July 1st, I am looking for a female or male flatmate for my spacious 4.5-room apartment (110 m²) directly at Hardbrücke. The location is ideal: central, well-connected, and with many shopping opportunities just around the corner. Lochergut is 5 minutes away on foot. There is also the possibility for 2 new flatmates for CHF 1200 each.

The apartment offers plenty of space to live: a large living room, a cozy loggia for the office, and an additional balcony. Two of the rooms are quietly oriented towards the backyard, perfect for relaxing in the city. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, and we also have our own washing machine and dryer in the apartment. A spacious cellar is also included. You will also have your own bathroom (there is one with a shower and one with a bathtub).

I would like to emphasize that it's not just about a room, but about sharing the entire apartment. Therefore, the rent share is CHF 1,600, including utilities. We have been living here with three people so far.

I am 36, work for a company, and appreciate an uncomplicated, respectful cohabitation. I am looking for someone who is at peace with themselves, stands in life, likes to spend time together, but is generally self-sufficient. A classic student shared apartment is no longer suitable for me.

Since my previous flatmates have taken many pieces of furniture with them, you have a lot of freedom to bring your own things.
