The flat is located in a lovely part of Wollishofen, offering a peaceful retreat while still being well connected. Tram 7 and buses are all within minutes, providing convenient access to the city centre and the airport.

You'll have a spacious bedroom of around 18 m². As I'm currently working on a startup and am often out and about or travelling during the week, you'll frequently have the flat to yourself while still enjoying a shared home.

I'm an active female over 40 and would prefer sharing the flat with someone in a similar chapter of life. It's important to me that the kitchen remains meat-free, so I'm looking for someone who'd naturally appreciate that way of living. I'm often out and about during the week and around more at weekends. When I'm home, you'll often find me cooking, enjoying good quality food, and essentially recharging.
