-A large living room to the south with access to a long balcony
-A large kitchen with northeast orientation
-A bathroom to the north
-A cellar and access to the laundry room

You can have breakfast in the sun and enjoy a drink on the balcony in the evening to watch the sunset. The large room and the living room are connected by a wooden sliding door, which can also be kept closed. Many built-in closets offer a lot of storage space. Some furniture could be taken over, this can be discussed during the visit.
The building is located 2 minutes walk from the Pont-de-Chailly bus stop, close to all shops and with an excellent connection to the city center.
