I'm looking for a new roommate for my 3.5-room apartment on Kanonengasse in Zurich (available from July 1st or by arrangement). You'll take over the 12m^2 bedroom from my current roommate, which has a window facing the quieter inner courtyard. You'll have the larger bathroom right next to the bedroom and plenty of space/storage in the large living room/kitchen. You're also welcome to keep your wardrobe in the intermediate space (possibly taking it over from my roommate). There are 2 washing machines and dryers in the basement, shared with about 6 other parties. The apartment is in an optimal location, right next to the Kasernenareal. It's a 10-minute walk to the main station and a 5-minute walk to Helvetiaplatz.

I'm 30 years old, a management consultant, and travel a lot (especially during the week, but also on weekends). In my free time, I enjoy sports like fitness, jogging, tennis, and skiing, and I meet up with friends.

I'm looking for someone between 26 and 34 years old. I consider cleanliness in the common areas very important, but I keep it uncomplicated without strict plans, etc. Ideally, you also work in an intense job and are often on the road (not necessarily). For furniture/kitchen utensils, let's discuss it. Some things will already be available, and others we can take over from you.
