We are looking for a successor for the current tenant of the "KOI-Gartenteich" guesthouse in Häusernmoos, Emmental, on behalf of our client, who will soon be retiring.

Due to its location on the main traffic axis between Sumiswald and Huttwil, its proximity to numerous tourist attractions, and its spacious parking facilities, this guesthouse is an interesting object for committed restaurateurs.

The following rooms belong to the lease object, in addition to the kitchen, toilet facilities, and storage rooms:

  • Dining room with 30 seats

  • Parlor with 24 seats

  • Divisible hall with a total of 66 seats

  • Large garden terrace with grill house with 60 - 100 seats

Outside, there is an exceptional garden pond system with Japanese KOI, which is maintained by the owner.

The guesthouse is in good, operational condition. The kitchen is efficiently equipped and has refrigerated and frozen storage cells. A freight elevator from the basement to the 1st floor facilitates work.

In 2015, the old heating system was replaced by an ecological earth probe heat pump. The house is well insulated and has modern windows. Since spring 2025, a photovoltaic system has also been in operation.
