Hello everyone
I am renting out my 31 m² large apartment in Biel, directly opposite Coop City in the city center, from the beginning/middle of August for six months.
There is a possible option to take over the apartment afterwards.
The apartment has its own washing machine and its own dryer. Additionally, there is a rooftop terrace shared with the neighbors - they are very relaxed.
The costs are 645 CHF per month. Added to this are electricity and water, totaling around 100 CHF per month.

For subletting, I need a current debt collection report as well as a deposit of 3 months' rent. I'm mentioning this in advance so that the conditions are clear from the start.
