Hi everyone, I'm Simone and I'm 32 years old. I'm looking for a roommate or a female roommate to share a large, independent house that's located in Caslano. I'd like to avoid looking for a subletter because I've fallen in love with this house, but I'll have to be abroad for several months starting from September.

The area is very quiet and is literally just two steps away from the lake. In less than a minute's walk, you'll find the train station (FLP) that connects Caslano to Lugano and Ponte Tresa (Italy).

The idea is to rent one of the three large double rooms, which is already furnished, and to share the common areas of the house, which is composed of:

- Kitchen with oven, dishwasher, and ceramic glass cooktop;
- Dining room + living room;
- 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub and one with a shower, one of which will be given for exclusive use to the person renting the room);
- Small room used as a gym, with weight rack and a couple of training equipment;
- Large private garden surrounding the house, where you can have barbecues or sunbathe;
- 2 private parking spaces (one for the exclusive use of the person renting the room) + 1 garage;
- Basement that can be used + private laundry room with washing machine and dryer;
- Unlimited Wi-Fi included;
- Private electric car charging column;
- External balcony overlooking the garden;

THE COST FOR RENTING THE ROOM IS 800.- PER MONTH, INCLUDING ALL UTILITIES.
