Now we are looking for someone to take over our rental contract as a subtenant from July 11, 2026. We have lived in the apartment as a couple, but it would also be suitable for shared apartments or families.

  • Open kitchen with a view into the living room, plenty of storage space, dishwasher, ceramic glass stove, modern oven (and also an additional functional, historic bread oven)
  • Connection for private washing machine in the bathroom available
  • Laundry room in the basement for shared use (washing machine/dryer)
  • Plate floor in the wet room (bathroom was renovated a few years ago)
  • Private basement compartment
  • Large, private, accessible attic, accessible via a pull-down ladder in the apartment (not included in the total area)
  • A bicycle parking space in the garage is included in the rent
  • A car parking space could be rented additionally for 65.-/month if needed
  • Functional chimney (cozy in winter, but the radiators in all rooms heat enough)
  • Pleasant house management
  • In total, there are three rental parties in the house

  • Directly at the cantonal hospital and near the train station, perfect for KSA staff or commuters
  • Location in the quiet Gönhard quarter
  • To the train station: By bike 2 minutes, on foot 9 minutes through the beautiful cantonal hospital park
  • Into the woods: By bike 4 minutes, on foot 14 minutes
  • Into the old town: By bike 5 minutes, on foot 17 minutes
Conditions:

  • We must provide the house management with a solvent subtenant. This means: Your monthly net income must be three times the monthly rent of 1915.- CHF.
  • The contract takeover must be from July 11, 2026.
  • Pets are not allowed
