I'm renting out one of the rooms in my 3.5-room apartment in Bussigny, available from September 1st
Here are some details about the apartment:
It's on the 3rd floor with a large balcony offering a magnificent view of the mountains.
Just a 5-minute walk from Bussigny train station, so if you need to get to Lausanne, it's super convenient (10-15 minutes by train)!
EPFL is easily accessible by bike or by train and metro.
About Bussigny: It's a very welcoming small town!
Everything you need (post office, Migros, Denner, pharmacies, Sunstore, butcher, dry cleaner, post office, BCV, vet, hairdresser, ...) is just a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
Regarding the available room:
It's furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and desk, with an east-facing exposure, which means you'll get morning sun and a soothing view of large trees.
For the rental, we can arrange the duration (6 months or more).
A few words about me:
I'm 33 years old and a sports enthusiast (climbing, horse riding, hiking, paddling, ...)!
I appreciate calmness at home, and between us, my culinary skills leave a bit to be desired! Also, I'm gluten-intolerant... so if you're passionate about baking bread, it can be complicated!
If you're interested and financially secure, don't hesitate to contact me!
The rent includes all utilities: water, electricity, SERAFE, WiFi, etc... so you won't have to pay anything else.
