We are looking for a tenant from mid-July for our beautiful, sunny and spacious 4.5 room apartment in Gwatt, directly at the Hännisweg bus stop.
The apartment is expected to be available from July 19th (exact date will be announced later).
The apartment is on the first floor of a two-family house (landlords are on the ground floor) and has beautiful wooden floors and a large balcony. The apartment includes a private washing machine/tumbler (in the laundry room) as well as an outdoor parking space, cellar and attic compartment.
The kitchen has a beautiful stone cover, ceramic glass stove, oven, steamer, dishwasher and freezer.
The rent is 1800.- per month (including utilities).
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Additionally, the apartment is not suitable for couples with children.
Preferred are tenants who take over the apartment from mid-July and are willing to take over a one-time payment for the washing machine (350.-).
Viewing dates will take place until around June 20th.
