Description

Heavy heartedly, I sublease my apartment in Zurich during a one-year sabbatical. The apartment consist of a kitchen (with dishwasher), a bedroom and a living room. It is close to ETH, UZH, and the train station (10-20 minutes walking distance). There is a fitness room in the house which can be used as well, and I have a piano in the apartment. There are two shared washing machines and a drier (for four parties in the house). The lease includes cost for wifi. Please ONLY contact me if you are willing to lease the apartment for a full year, starting October 1st - we could also talk about starting the lease mid September or, maybe, early September. If you wish so, we can talk about me letting basic kitchen ware in the apartment.
