Fully furnished room with a private bathroom and direct access to a covered balcony.

Furniture: Bed, two under bed drawers, bedside table, desk, chair, large wardrobe. Bedding if you need it too.

Your bathroom would contain the washing machine and dryer for the flat.

You need to be willing to arrange access times for the two other housemates to use the washer and dryer. Though the bathroom itself is yours.

Flatmates
Nick and Francesco. Both active and often out but like to chat when we're both around.

Flat Description
Keeping the apartment properly clean is the only major requirement. The kitchen needs to be cleaned for the next person after you've used it. The table should have food wiped off it. It's no effort if that's how you live anyway. If not then we'll argue so its best we're honest about that.

Having people over or hosting is no problem! And there's a terrace for when the weather's good!

There's a speaker in the living room if you want to play music.

The building is new (July 2023). There's a spot for bikes outside. There is a room inside for bikes but it's too small for how many people want to use it.

We have a storage room on the same floor as the apartment.

Contract detail:
The contract is a 3 month sublet to begin with. It may be possible to extend though unclear at the moment.
