I'm looking for a flatmate to share a 2-person WG Zurich (Wiedikon / Aussersihl).

I moved in at the beginning of the month, so the flat still has plenty of space and flexibility, ideal if you would like to add your own style and make it feel like home.

The apartment

• 2nd floor with elevator
• Bright rooms and big living room
• All rooms have balconies
• Excellent location: right next to Zypressenstrasse (Tram 2 & 3)
• Only 8 minute walk to Kalkbreite/Bahnhof
• Supermarkets (Migros, Coop, Denner, Lidl) and all daily amenities within a few minutes walk
• Washing machine in the basement

• Fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe)
• Balcony
• High-speed Wi-Fi

Looking for

• Ideally young professional or PhD student
• Clean and reliable
• Independent, but open to a friendly, relaxed flatshare
• Non-smoker (preferred)
• No pets

About me
Male/35, speaks Spanish, English and German. I enjoy a clam and respectful home environment.
I have a 5 year-old daughter who stays with me during holidays (around 3 times per year ~ 30 days yearly total). So I am looking for someone who is comfortable in a child-friendly home, no expectations at all, just openness to occasional interaction.
