For the duration of our stay abroad, we are renting out our fully furnished 4-room apartment in Zürich-Wiedikon (district 3) for subletting. The approximately 80 m² are very central and yet quiet - tram, shopping, and the quality of life in the quarter are within a few minutes' reach, but in the evenings, peace returns.

The apartment is completely furnished and very well equipped - move in and feel good, without having to bring a single piece of furniture.

The equipment includes, among other things:

• a large TV with internet and Swisscom TV, both already included in the rent;
• a Sonos sound system in the rooms for music in the best quality;
• a modern curved screen in the study, ideal for home office or study.

We are renting the apartment preferably to a couple who will treat the apartment with care and have a joy in a beautiful, quiet home for a while. The maximum occupancy is three people.

For the application, we expect from all moving-in persons a brief CV with photo as well as a brief letter of motivation, why you are the right subtenants. This way, we find the right follow-up solution for our temporary home.
