- Central location in the trendy Breitenrain quarter "Breitsch"
- Various apartment sizes and floor plans
- Outdoor area: almost all apartments have a private outdoor area in the form of a balcony or garden seat
- High-quality kitchen with robust plastic fronts, white glass rear wall, and elegant granite countertop
- The living rooms are equipped with high-quality, matte sealed oak parquet
- The floors of the wet cells are equipped with ceramic plate floors
- Heat distribution via underfloor heating
- Own washing tower in each apartment (washing machine and dryer)
- Additional storage space is offered by a cellar in the basement (including power connection)
- Parking: AVES has its own garage with approximately 135 parking spaces. Visitor parking spaces are also available.
- Spacious bike rooms with modern parking systems are available to residents.
