I am a fifty-year-old engineer, calm and serious. I live in a 3.5-room apartment in Lausanne, in which I am renting out the second room. The accommodation has been fully renovated in early 2026.
In addition to the room, you will benefit from co-living with me in the common areas of the apartment, namely:
- A bright bathroom with bathtub and heated towel rail.
- An equipped kitchen with large cupboards, ceramic hob, extractor fan, oven, dishwasher and a large fridge including a real freezer.
- A bright and very pleasant living room.
The room to be occupied has:
- A 90x200 cm bed
- A built-in wardrobe with shelves and hanging space
- A round table and two chairs
- A cabriolet-type armchair
- An Ikea Kallax shelving unit with 4 compartments
- A 42-inch 4k Smart TV
The accommodation is ideally located, close to all amenities:
- Migros, Denner and Coop, all within 1 minute's walk
- Other shops within 2 minutes' walk
- Bus stop 20 meters from the door
The room is available from June 1st. One month's deposit plus the current month's rent is required as a guarantee.
In case of interest, please provide a complete file including a copy of your ID, a copy of your residence permit, proof of income and a presentation of yourself.
It is also worth noting that I am often away on business, which will allow you to enjoy the accommodation in complete peace during these periods.
