We are renting from 01.07.2026 or by agreement this furnished apartment in the heart of Zurich.
Brauerstrasse is a cross street to Langstrasse.
In close proximity are all possible shops, restaurants and public transport stops.
The Sihl, as well as the Limmat, can be reached within 5 minutes on foot.

• Living area with large window front, which brings a lot of light into the apartment
• Sleeping area
• Furniture includes: wardrobe, dining table with 2 chairs, chest of drawers with TV, floor lamp, bedside table with bedside lamp, cutlery and various cooking utensils

The property has a WLAN access, which can be used by the tenant.

The apartment is cleaned every 2 weeks by the janitorial company (on request, this can be waived). Additionally, a towel and bed linen service can be chosen for a monthly surcharge of CHF 70.-.

For the rental, a minimum rental period of 6 months must be observed.
